Maps — every state, on real geography.

Four interactive maps of the ABLE landscape, each built on GIS-derived state boundaries. Disability income analysis, program features, Medicaid waivers, and local referral network. Click any state on any map for detail.

The state-level analysis map guides pilot state selection.

It shows disability-support income and ABLE program presence by state and year from 2011 to 2022, sourced from Yin (2026) replication data. The other three maps cover ABLE plan features by state, Home and Community Based Services Medicaid waivers by state, and the local federally-funded referral network by state.
